At The Cycle Exchange, we believe every young person has potential. We are passionate about helping young people across Dereham and the surrounding villages discover their strengths, build confidence, and realise they are capable of far more than they may have been led to believe.

Too many young people feel they've been written off. We exist to change that story.

Using bicycles as our tool, we invest time, patience, practical skills and encouragement into the lives of young people. Through learning cycle maintenance, problem-solving and teamwork, they develop confidence, resilience and valuable life skills that extend far beyond the workshop.

The Cycle Exchange has been over a year in the making, built on the vision and determination of one passionate founder, a committed team of directors, and an incredible army of volunteers. Together, we're working to make a lasting difference in our community.
